Another great visit here on Saturday just gone, always a nice evening out! Worth booking in advance to make sure you get a table as we’ve not been able to by just turning up once or twice, but this time it was fairly quiet. My wife and I had a couple of cocktails each she was drinking Alabama Slammers, mine was something like a Bourbon and Blackcurrant Smash or similar, and those were delicious as always. Our waiter, Daniel, definitely deserves a special mention. He was such a friendly guy, so nice and helpful, and recommended a couple of awesome dishes. In particular, the Cassava Root fries or something along those lines from the vegan menu were absolutely delicious, and we wouldn’t have tried these without his suggestion. Would thoroughly recommend! The nachos were good, but sadly were cooked too much so they were quite burnt. For our mains, we had the burrito and chimichanga, both loaded with jack fruit, which again were superb. When we used our Taste card which is a great bonus to be able to use, especially for a Saturday night, the bill really is great value. We were totally full with a starter and a main each, had two great drinks each and a really nice time for not much more than £20 a head. Definitely cannot complain at that! We will certainly be back again, not least to try some more from the awesome new vegan menu! Cannot rate this place enough after coming here for a few years I never thought the service could get better but after coming for a quick bite to eat with the family I was amazed, Nimrod who served us went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and even brought us over a complimentary dish. Eyes were too big for our belle ya and wanted to take it home that was not a problem they boxed it up for us also. The service in here is amazing and so is the food. Thank you for always making our visit so good! Absolutely love this place!!
Visited this location a number of times and have been mostly disappointed. The food is normally good, but the service is terrible! For a location so close to Heathrow you would think they would have it together! There is a large car park at this complex but the spaces fill up quickly.
Me and the fiancé were feeling peckish while waiting for our film so decided to go Chiquito. Ended up being worth it. The drinks we got, mocktails, banging. The wings and nachos as starters followed by the burger was filling. The music played in the background was 80s, loved it. Would go there again. Service was good and the seating was good.
Food was ok, nothing amazing. It was very quiet so only one member of staff. He seemed to have lots of other jobs to do so wasn't able to be very attentive. Southern chicken burger could have done with a bit more sauce. Maybe use smaller plates so it doesn't seem so stingy with the chips.
Just left the restaurant with my family, in Feltham this is one of my favourites restaurantes. I've been going there for 11 years to celebrate VALENTINE'S day and now wedding anniversary. Food is amazing great customer service nice and warm ambient.
This was an Uber Eats order. Our food arrived cold and soggy. The tacos were falling apart. The nachos were supposed to have chilli jam on them but didn’t. We ordered sweet potato fries but got cold undercooked regular fries. Nothing was edible. We’ll be avoiding this place for the foreseeable future.
Slow service, got things wrong and forgot stuff. But the food we eventually got was tasty. Not the best but decent, especially with the Meerkat offer, and the manager did take an item off the bill that they forgot.
Went there with the family for a Friday night meal and there was a catalogue of errors with the order! A couple of the cocktails we bought had to be sent back as looked and tasted more like lemonade. The paella took the biscuit! The plate came out as seen in the picture and looked like someone had had started eating and left for the crusts to form. The staff appeared irritated when we complained and we had to ask for the manager. In the end we were offered free deserts which we turned down for a discounted bill! Won't be going back there in a hurry.
Close by to Cineworld. Decent Mexican food, helpful staff, good customer service. Service needs to be faster. Credit cards accepted including American express. Ample parking space available close by.
