Recently I parked my car in a car park and when I returned I saw that someone had scraped it on the front drivers side. I obviously wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible and was recommended to ChipsAway by a friend. I rang to make enquiries and was asked to take the car to the workshop. Alan Murphy looked at it, and said it would be a days work and quoted me a price which I felt was very good. I booked it in to have the work done and when I went back to pick it up it was all finished was the exact colour and looked like new . I was extremely pleased with the results and all the work is fully guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. I would without doubt go there again and would recommend anyone to go there.

Recently took my audi tts here after vandalism to the door, the man had a look at the car and said they could pull most of the dent out take the wing mirror off and spray the door. After booking my car in and picking it up a couple of days later I was pleased with the results. Although I had a slight problem with the wing mirror not heating up after installation chips away decided to replace the wing mirror glass with a new one. Which I was really pleased with and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had excellent service when I took my car in for repairs to a scrape and scuff marks on the near side wing and bumper. They found another slight problem when they came to do the job but fixed it without any further charge. The repair looks first class and would have been done in a day had the other problem not arisen. They returned my car the following day and I am very pleased with their work and general attention. I’ll be quite happy to recommend them to anyone else.

I have now twice taken in cars for minor to moderate bodywork repairs at the end of a contract hire lease (a Honda CRV and a Lexus). Chipsaway have performed an excellent service both times, getting rid of numerous bumper scrapes, small dents, scratches etc. Realistic as to what they could and could not do and tried cheaper options first to see if that would succeed with one defect. I would emphasise in particular for potential customers only used to main dealers etc that Chipsaway made no attempt to take the mickey with pricing or work required.
