Well recommended! Staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Staff will offer you a drink on arrival and the duration of waiting. My A1 was in for a service. I was informed what stage my car was at also a Camera clip. It was washed and hoovered. Am happy with the service I received from Audi in Chingford.
If you check yourself in using automatic key booking system, still make yourself known to staff on reception desk. You will then be ticked off as a waiting customer which gives you priority for completion. Alternative is to sit and wait for a good chunk of your day for your car to be completed, On the flip side of waiting, you have access to complimentary tea/coffee.
I am big on service and Audi Chingford never fail me. Martin called me on the day BEFORE my appointmentefficient and followed up with my leased car from another company on my behalfprofessional. The check-in service person at the front desk was also super helpful. can’t recall her name The check-in method itself was very 21st century techy. Very impressed. They kept me informed with my service every step of the way. And my car came back nice and clean inside and out..the alloys were super clean like new!! I rate Audi Chingford top marks for efficiency and service . Thank you from a very happy customer. Keep up the good work it shows
From the start, I felt I was in safe hands, after the insurers were less than helpful. Dougie was clear, consistent, professional and Dougie was realistic in terms of length of time for the repair and the possibility that it could take longer if parts had to be ordered from abroad they didn’t in the end. The temporary car I used was a newer version of my own so that was easy. Ultimately, Dougie and his team got me back on the road with no hassle or unwanted surprises. From start to finish, the repair and service was impeccable.
I bought a car in November 2021 but then had an accident. From purchasing the car to getting the repairs done Audi Chingford helped me throughout the process. Duggie kept me informed all the way. Was very pleased that I went with the Audi garage for my repairs. They dealt with the matter in a professional manner. The receptionists are welcoming and are always smiling and offer you a seat and a hot drink. They keep you informed on the wait if there is one. Audi Chingford-keep up the good work
I’ve used Chingford Audi for all my car needs over the last 5 years and can never fault the service. Although quite a bit pricier than a normal garage, Martin & his team deliver a stellar 5* service to both my car and myself as a customer. Communication is fantastic as I was informed of updates every step of the way which I was able to pay for and have them work on right away. They really do go out of their way to accommodate me and ensure my car is returned the same day, unfortunately on one occasion it was not and they offered me a beautiful courtesy car until mine was finished as part of the service. The receptionists are super helpful, friendly and truly enjoy their job, I know my car is in safe hands and couldn’t ask for a better team! Thank you. Serviced august 2022.
My dad had purchased an A6 with the help of Nick. If we could give him 10 stars we would!!! He was very helpful, kind and trusting. Recommended us a few cars, given us detailed information about each cars and left it to us to choose. My dad also had a few issues with the car to which Nick had them sorted out as soon as possible leaving him pleased. 100% recommending friends and family to a trip to Audi Chingford for future purchases!!!
I have a SOS sign which keeps poping up on my vehicle. I called Audi to order a part recommended to me by another garage and the Audi advisor said they can update the software for free *should resolve the issue*. I was happy with this and got myself booked in. 1 day before the booking, Audi rep calls me and says this will be a £160 charge. I said I won’t be paying for anything and that they’ve just wasted my time… at this point they mentioned my vehicle is due for a software engine recall? So I should come in anyway. The rep after the assessment/update said they’ve checked the issue and advised me I should purchase another part. I was happy with this hence the two stars. I order the part and ask if I can collect on Saturday and if they’re open. The customer advisor says yea we are open until 5pm on a Saturday, you can come collect. I’ve just spent over 1 hour in traffic going to this location arrived at 2pm only to be told parts department is closed at 12 and they can’t do anything. Going home empty handed with 2+ hours wasted. Complete shamble of a place.
The service I just got at Chingford Audi was outstanding. The three days that my car was in the garage due to various errors Frank Thomas kept me informed on the progress throughout and always called back if I left a message. Frank’s customer service is exemplary. He listened to all my issues and concerns, and delivered on everything that he stated. Jodie also provided excellent customer service. The personnel on the reception at Chingford branch are alway courteous, and helpful.
I had my Audi booked for the yearly inspection at Chingford Audi on the 10 of August 22. I took the car the evening before and used the automated sign in machine as recommended. One message on the machine said they will not complimentary wash the car due to the weather conditions and if I do wanted washed, to come back another time for this service. Since I have a ceramic coating applied on the car, I was well happy with the message and felt that I do not need to ask Audi to not wash my car. Unfortunately the car was washed and the ceramic coating was affected by the soap and other products that they used. I thought twice before posting this review because I know Stewart was so helpful and the mechanical service was done properly. However the ceramic coating cost me a lot of money. And after more than a month Audi said they won’t take liability on the grounds that the message I read was : “Your vehicle may not have the free courtesy wash with us today due to the heatwave and shortage of valeters.” I know what I read, it wasn’t like this, and it was a longer message as well. Just want to mention the car was professionally cleaned at the detailing garage a day before the service, so it didn’t need washed anyway.
