Very friendly in all departments. Sales staff are knowledgeable and don't make you feel uncomfortable by being aggressively pushy. The service team maintain good contact and are clear in all aspects of work needing to be carried out. This is without a doubt a dealership that retains its family business feeling. Have been a customer for years and the level of service has remained as high as it ever was.

Tried out your in-store cafe today. Excellent peaceful place. Food was very good. I enjoyed it very much. Your store is amazingly huge shopping area. I'm a Waitrose man normally but your store is every equal. Top marks !

Knowledgeable friendly salesman. Parking is difficult. Showrooms a bit small. Loved the Kona.

Took my car in for a service and MOT. I was greeted and served by Rodney who was extremely helpful and friendly. His service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this branch and would not hesitate in using them again.
