I went in to have a look at a PHEV but unfortunately every time I park my car they asked me to move it as 4 times in all. They should have asked me to park my car in the street that would have been much better didn't see the car I wanted

Very slow service. Been waiting over two weeks so far for them to replace a lock which is under warranty so have an unlocked truck which is far from ideal! Was promised a call back 3 days ago but not heard anything yet :(

I was headding on a long journey and realized that my car was making a unusual noise. I've tried to call different mitsubishi dealers in my area but none of them wanted to accept my car without appointment despite my urgent situation. When I called this dealer and explained the issue to Morad who immediately understood my situation and manage to book my car in immediately. He is really helpful and good in founding solutions to customers needs. They really did a good job. Thank you!
