Would give it 0 stars if possible! Took over 2 hours to arrive, when it eventually got delivered it was cold and can only be described as inedible. Not one thing was cooked properly, didnt even risk touching the prawn crackers! £40 straight into the bin. Customer service also awful, called to ask for a delivery update to repeatedly be told it's busy tonight, then when we called to complain about the food we were accused of lying and hung up on. Avoid this place like the plague!
WARNING AVOID . Would give no star if could . My daughter after eating had severe food poisoning been ill over 8 days now. This place should be shut down. The reviews speak for themselves.
I ordered food and was missing my chow mein I rang the restaurant so they could correct there mistake but was accused of lying and they hung up on me. Not only this but the quality of food was poor, the sweet and sour sauce was watery and the prawn crackers was stale. I won’t be ordering from here again and neither should you unless you want to waste your money
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!nWhere to start? We each had a Chow Mein as a base dish, both were too heavy on the dark Soy, my Special Chow mein had no vegetables that most other Chinese takeaways use and not even a beansprout! The meat was indistinguishable slices soused in dark Soy and overcooked, the king Prawns were overcooked and floury. We then had a peeking style sweet and Sour chicken which once again came with no vegetables and very little sauce, the meat was so overcooked we could not actually tell if it was chicken. The king Prawn and green peppers in a black bean sauce had vegetables and sauce but the Prawns were overcooked and floury. Then came the Ribs, I like ribs to be ribs, not overcooked meat on cartilage, this came in a sauce that tasted of God knows what. I rang them to complain to be told it is me with the problem as this is their first complaint in 15 years and of course there will be no refund! There was also no offer to re cook the order fresh as most other outlets wouldnNeedless to say we will not be going back. I can actually cook Chinese Food better myself!
Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would.nThe food was absolutely horrendous and not edible, chicken had been cooked and re-cooked it was so dry you could literally snap in half, food was completely tasteless just tasted of grease, everything cold and enough to make someone ill.nCalled the takeaway to reach a resolution and no staff were prepared to listen, defensive from the start, rude talking over me and refusing to listen, also laughing whilst I was talking. Refused to reach a resolution and suggested we waste police time by asking them to sort? Really! Hung up on us on more than one occassion, said they didn't mind losing a customer like us and that we had paid £35 for the experience.nHonestly, take my advice and boycott this place, I don't know how these people can run a business with shocking food and even worse customer service.nTo make matters worse this is the first time we hsd ordered from here, what a fantastic way to treat customers and build a reputation. All authorities need to get out to this place ASAP before someone ends up seriously ill!!
