Always a good portion of food from here, arrived well before the estimated time, will definitely be ordering again. Beautiful food
I ordered chicken balls which the chicken wasn’t cooked , was still pink inside and the crust was uncooked inside. My chips were hard. I rang them up and they said that they can only give me free chips on my next order . Like are you being serious. I didn’t realise that the chicken was raw until I had some. I can become ill from this and all you can do is give me free chips on my next order!!! What an absolute joke . Not the first time I had problems with this takeaway. Not ordering again from there
I've been going here for over 30 years and have never had anything to complain about. Portion size, quality and taste is amazing, good value for money.
AVOID LIKE COVID!! Disgusted with this take away!! I ordered food 2 hours ago. I rung up and was told they rung my phone knocked on the door and left the food. Non of this was true. I have now had to try get my money back from just eat. I was spoken to aggressively by 2members of staff! I am now £35 quid down and no food!!
Always lovely food nice and fresh always piping hot too. Lovely and welcoming staff. I would them more than five stars the service is absolutely wonderful
Can’t trust this takeaway. Went in here once to ask if the food was Halal. There was a Muslim gentleman sat behind the counter along with a Chinese woman. The Chinese woman said yes it is halal. But the Muslim gentleman quietly shook his head in the background. I don’t think I could trust their food if they could just lie like that.
Ordered in advanced arrived on time, food was OK. If order online use Happy House own website and NOT Just Eat as all prices are different. Example : Just Eat - Spring Roll 4 £4, Via own website £3.40.
It's a shame that you have to give a full star as they don't deserve a quarter . Food is always good but service is shocking. 2 and half hours late called multiple times to find out that our order had not even been given to the kitchen . And got laughed at by the staff and manager. Your business would be so much better if you could understand your clientele especially when they are complaining . Never ordering here again and would never recommend....

Can't believe all the 1stars. Always pick up as outside the delivery area but food is always amazing and not greasey. Staff are always friendly as well! So much so I'm actually on my way to pick some up now! Keep up the good work guys!
