Never ever gets your order right. Several times I've ordered a meat pie and got meat and potato. Recently asked for meat pie and got.... SAUSAGE. They aren't even close. Luckily the food was really tasty so there is that.

Told me I'd need to microwave my meat pie because it wasn't ready yet. I declined it - the whole point of a chippy is not to have to cook your food. Got home to find our chips and meat and potato pie were also cold. The pie had been in a heater so this seems pretty dangerous - either the pie wasn't hot going in or its not maintaining temperature. Don't understand how they can't serve hot food at 7pm. Its happened a few times before but not as bad. We will drive further for chips in future.

Just received my food and the chicken was half cooked half raw (and I mean raw) just glad I spotted it before eating, that's my tea gone in the bin!
