I placed an order for two margarita pizza's and one chicken tikka on naan at 17.07 my partner collected the food got home at 17.30. Opened up the chicken tikka on naan to find it was a loaded donna kebab. I phoned up straight away and asked them to deliver the food I had ordered he said 40 minutes I said ok. 1 hour later I phoned again he said it was on its way. I then tried to phone again when it was reaching. 18.45pm!!! Then the phone was taken off the hook or my number was blocked!!! The food finally turned up at 20.10pm ( 3 hours after I had originally ordered it!!) the chicken tikka was yellow not red or dark orange and was tasteless!!! The food and service used to be great from here but I will not be returning for another experience like this!!! Very annoying and frustrating had to have some toast as I was starving.

Normally a regular ordered twice this week and food tastded nothing like it normally does. Normally order the large kebab onwok,its smaller then normal,meas changed on it hardly any salade and lots of hard bits in the donner meat. Disappointed has the prices have gone up. would of minded because normally good value when the foods nice.Won't be ordering from here again until back to normal. Pizza was nice though

The food was good but I did not get everything I order and when I rung up and spoke to a woman she had me on the phone while talking to something else and then said they will get it to me when they can and that’s just rude

Really disappointed tonight normally love the food from here but tonight he dropped our order off we payed £32 to find there was no rice and no lamb starter so we have to wait from them to bring the rice and something free for the inconvenience so he come 35 mins later with 2 rice amd the lamb starter and are FREE BOTTLE OFF COKE!!! so we eat are food to find the chicken is hard in side hard as in full off fatty grisszle the curry sauce was nice and the rice etc the chicken wasn't good and not happy with are free bottle off coke won't be ordering again

Good kebabs & Curries do shakes staff efficient but could be more friendly easy parking
