Not used Tinseltown for a while and seem some pretty rough reviews but whenever we used in the past we loved. My son’s birthday today and he wanted chicken strips and my other wanted a burger. Put big order through with Uber eats which came to £46 even after 25% off. Came a little late and was hard to contact but when it came food was hot and tasty and they gave us a free cake. Driver was absolutely lovely too. Ignore the haters
Couldn't take a simple salad off a piece of rice be you couldn't be bothered. The way we were spoken to was completely out of order. We called up five minutes after placing order. We work in hospitality and know how to be dealt with. It wasn't a difficult request but lying to your customer is bang out of order.
Absolutely shocking first time and definitely the last. The staff are extremely rude and the food is very very poor quality. My order was wrong and cold and it took me 15 minutes to place my order considering there was only one other customer in the shop. The shop itself is dirty and not looked after hairs hanging from the ceiling and covering the forks. The other customer moaning aswell cause she has been waiting half an hour for her single meal. Overall just a massive mess and would not recommend eating from this place to anyone. Absolutely Anyone !!
Food never arrived. Me and my partner ordered food after a night out as we was hungry however the food never arrived. This is a joke, robbing people of their money and not delivering the order. I usually enjoy my orders from this place but they have truly took the mick this time. What a joke.
Don't order! Took 90 minutes to arrive after saying it would be 30. Ordered through Iver eats, they couldn't find the order, then said the driver had set off, when I rang them over an hour later, they said the driver would be 3 minutes, 15 minutes later I rang back to be told I am not their customer, they were busy and not to contact them. They kept shouting down the phone and proceeded to tell me the driver had 3 deliveries and had left the shop 30 minutes earlier. When the driver arrived, I asked when he left, he said 15 minutes ago and he had 1 drop off before me! Shocking shocking service
Brothers, are you guys not embarrassed, constantly doing this to people. Over 1 and a half hours waiting on the food and nothing, you don’t even have the courtesy to answer the phone when I’m ringing, when I finally get through you start blaming us like it is our fault that we’re asking how long. Please sort your selves out if you are dealing with food. May Allah guide you brothers. Please go into a different trade.
I ordered a chicken donner and chips from here tonight, the kebab felt like feet that had been in the bath too long and tasted more like donner than chicken. Chips were soggy and not good. Wouldn’t come back!
I dont ever write reviews, nor do i care too if the food is bad, i know sometimes things can be a one off, so i rarely give harsh comments on local takeaways, however, coming from someone who would eat anything you put infront of them, that is by far the worst food i have ever ate, everything was cold, nothing was cooked properly, delivery men seemed nice however its their job, my worst experience eating food ever in my life and i once had food poisoning for 2 weeks from harlequins in middleton. Never ever under any circumstances order from tinsel town fried chicken chadderton, the overwhelming amount of bad reviews should be a indication as to why to not bother.
Food was stone cold like Steve Austin. Within two bites of the burger I could feel my digestive system exploding. Chips were served as an ethnic minority that tasted like rubber. Would rather eat rat food
I think need change its name to no show We ordered food and it's been over the hour wait my Mrs tried claim money back and they said cancel that or won't bring food So I had get on as they think it's OK talk down to women so they said OK it be coming and waited Joke of a place needs closing down a robbing company food finally came 2 and half hours later freezing cold
