Both fish & chips and Chinese food are tasty. I disagree with the previous comments regarding volume of chips, I think you get a fair amount, I would even say lots. I use this place during the week, so they cook the fish to order which means it's nice and fresh. The disadvantage of this is that I usually have to wait 25 minutes.

Good old China Garden. It's a classic take away that has had consistently high quality food and service for the two decades I've been going there. I even worked there for two years in the late 90s. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Delivery is usually fast and they still serve rapidly even during busy times on Friday and Saturday nights. If you want good chinese in Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Nazeing or Turnford then look no further than China Garden.

Way over priced!! £3.60 for two scoops. And that's a large.... tried getting a sausage batter and small chips for 2.50 they said 3.80. Lower your prices please. Chips are nice though ;)
