I’d give them no stars if I had the chance. 
Absolutely shocking service and the place should be shut down or given new owners that actually car about customer service. We waited over 2 1/2 hours for our order. It was sitting under their warmer for 2 of those hours. In the end went out and bought a Chinese. When they finally did arrive I sent it straight back. 
They need to sack the manager and get new staff. 
YOU ARE A DISCRASE TO THE NAME. 
I will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend either. The stupid thing is I’m wasting more time moaning about something that will never change and head office don’t care about. 
My advice is to go somewhere else.

Food is great its a dominos, most staff are very polite and friendly. What lets it down is a couple people who are unhelpful. Don't order a delivery, sometimes they don't find me and I have to pick it up myself, £4 wasted. Sometimes they take forever to arrive which sucks when you have to wait in the cold because you live I'n a flat. Once they actually managed to be over 2 hours late (no exaggeration unfortunately) I called them up multiple times and this guy was seriously trying to tell me my pizza was on it's way still... Eventually had to call and get them to remake my food and pick it up myself, wasted my Saturday time and money, was given no compensation.

To sum up, don't order take away. Just collect it from some of the nice staff who are usually working the till.

Ordered a meal at 5pm for delivery at

7:10pm no delivery call up and had to deal with the usual can't find your order oh wait can you spell that 4 times and ye it was sent out for delivery 2 mins ago. Half past 7, no delivery no answer on the phone either. Drove to the store. My orders there waiting 40 mins past the time it was meant to be delivered. 32 mins past the time I was told it was out for delivery. Chloe is an uneducated council estate chav.

Food was disgusting, pizza maker should be fired. I would recommend Pizza Hut due to the better quality and far more helpful staff.

Proper bad service especially for a Friday night. So we go in and the lad behind the counter called nick keeps his hat covering his eyes and blanks that he's seen us for about 10 minutes. He scurries off into the kitchen, only to be heard making stupid noises with his co workers. He's then spotted giving his coworker a hug in the kitchen. Erm gross around food right? Yeah I know. Some other guys like 'oh.. have you ordered..? ERRRRR Wake up
