Ordered food and delivery confirmed within the hour. Food never arrived even tho they updated just eat as delivered. Tried calling. No answer. Tried contact via just eat...they cudnt contact them. Never called us to explain so order was cancelled. Absolutely awful customer service. Never again.

Delivery is always early, which is a huge plus. Food is delicious and hot. Really, no complains from me.

I've never had any problems with China Express. Love the food and the loyalty points on their website and yofoodie are an awesome bonus!

After being loyal customers for years tonight's experience has left us reeling. After pointing out that she had overcharged us, we were met by extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful customer service from the lady who owns it. On getting food home it's cold and either burnt or too salty to eat. ( We did say we wouldn't be back after her attitude tonight so possibly deliberate) needless to say not taking the chance - food gone in the bin. Shocked to say the least!!

Food wasn't exactly what I ordered: was chicken balls instead of shredded chicken, but came quickly and was delicious! :)
