Please read. Bit long but it's true..This was my first visit. Amazing food. I have been staying in Barnard Castle since few months. which is quite a drive from Darlington. I was really searching for a halal restaurant. And guess what I found the best place. To be honest they accept only cash. But I wasn't having cash as I didn't know about it. To my surprise the staff told me to order and pay later. Therefore I ordered food I had the food and when I went to the till to pay online to his account. Believe me he said my food was free. I mean I was really surprised to see that. I wasn't even carrying any cards to withdraw the money. So I humbly told him I will come back and pay the cash next time. But he replied that I don't pay. It's fine. I was feeling so happy and also very strange as no does this in today's world.
First time i have been there ordered my food. and what hospitality i got from the manager and staff he gave me the soup free of charge and didnt charge as i didnt have the money, i offered him the money by transfer but he would not take and said next time sort it out who does that now days and the food for the price was amazing and tasty. Thanks you for food
This place is a Gem of Darlington… Recently revamped and on brand… The team here are consistently providing great service and great quality food. Wether its a shawarma wrap, Biryani, Kozi or Grilled Shish it always hits the mark! Our first stop for Shawarma always
I have moved to darlington just over a year ago, I have tried many places to eat, but by far these guys are the best, they are reasonably priced, clean,and very friendly. They have a variety of soups ranging from okra, lentil,chick pea, etc. The chicken wraps are amazing! No fat on the chicken, salad beautiful and fresh, and what makes it even better is the bread use for wraps are made fresh in house to order!!! Can't rate these guys enough. They also do rotisserie chickens,served with 2 naans,salad and sauce for only 8 pound!! Not even worth cooking at home. Well worth a visit

Great and busy kebab place in centre of Darlington. Great interiors and choices of traditional kebabs and dishes I think kurdish or Arab? Staff are attentive and friendly Food tasty. Dishes run out fast.. Recommend!
Great Shawarma but you need to arrive before 6.30pm to get some. Otherwise they run out.Food: 4/5
Good food and i rate it 8/10 as i been living in the saudi arabia for 15 years and can't compare both but overall good comparing Middlesbrough shopes. The staffs are meh unpleasant to deal with unless you're a chick! If your in for the first time they are not very helpful in guiding you through the menu. Also they only accept cash which is untraceable and they under declare their profits and taxes saying the card machine doesn't work
