Thanks again"},{"text":"I usually like this store but I was very disappointed with the attitude of the foreign lady in the blinds department on my ladt visit. She was very unfriendly and made me and my Mother feel unwelcome and as though we were putting her out. The English lady in the same dept thankfully made up for it though and had a much better attitude. The man in the furniture dept was friendly too. If it wasn't for them two I would not be returning for rugs and furniture next month."},{"text":"I bought some curtains Chiltern Mills a few months ago and I cannot rate the service highly enough, in particular from a lady called Avis. She helped me a lot on the day I purchased them and when one of the new curtains I'd bought had a flaw, she sorted a replacement pair as quickly as possible, keeping me up to date on a delivery date etc. She also advised on fittings and generally speaking, she could've only been more helpful if she'd fitted them for me!! The curtains are fantastic quality. I've read some comments about the store being dated but I think that's very short sighted as the items on sale are very good, there's loads of choice, prices are good and as I say, the service is excellent. I'd rather have old fashioned service over a shiny store!"}]
