Gave a star only because of the food hygiene. Used to be a regular customer for years because of their affordability and fast service. Only today they've raised the prices by 30% while serving food of the same quality as before. Totally unjustified if you're not improving anything. Definitely not worth the price I can buy Pizza Hut and Papa John's with on their regular deals. You've lost yourself a good patron!
Use to come here before covid food was very good. Visited today they couldn't get my colleagues order correct they gave him the wrong food. Was told my order will not be long as fresh chicken wings are being made. 5 mins after placing my order was told they gonna take additional 15mins but actually took 30mins and then they wings were over cooked and hard. Very poor customer service this place standard has gone down and its dirty inside.
2h wait for order placed through justeat.. food delivered cold and at the door instead of driver I met 10 years old boy!!!! Unbelievable

Ordered fried chicken and spicy wings bucket from here the first time. The good: the batter texture and crispness is spot on. Chicken cooked perfectly and still moist inside. Chips were also good and portion size was good as well. The Bad: So why only 3 stars? The batter was perhaps the most bland and tasteless I have ever had. Didn't bring anything extra to the chicken. It is a shame as these guys could easily have had one of the best fried chicken in Glasgow if their batter tasted better! If the owner actually reads reviews then please take note. If you go to other places the batter actually tastes good and that's what brings enjoyment to fried chicken. Won't visit the place again until they sort out this blandness.
Ordered delivery and the food took so long to arrive the milkshake is completely melted, the onion rings are so soggy I taste the humidity more than the onion ring. I know the delivery time isn't always the restaurants fault, but if our area can't be serviced while delivering quality food then we should not be considered within their range. B/c delivery can be out of the restaurants control we may give it another try in the future but we're in no rush for it at this point.

My friend ordered food from here, she’s a regular customer and first she was overcharged, when questioned staff member he advised it was sauces and that maybe in the past my friend ordered a smaller box which is not the case, she knows how much / what she orders for her and her family?! On getting home, we all discovered that the wings were very dry and seemed to be reheated. We called and complained and were told as we had eaten a wing each between 4 of us, which is how we determined it wasn’t fresh, we couldn’t return the food and he wasn’t prepared to re do the order, as he was too busy he swore it was fresh and said there’s nothing he can do. Very unhelpful member of staff who has now led to company losing a very good customer and reputation to deal with issues. Very disappointed and unimpressed, do not recommend eating here.
bad service, bad food, place is filthy tables covered in half eaten food,won't be back, needs reporting to health and safety before someone gets poisoned
Usually good, however today was a joke. 40 mins wait for 6 wings and chips, only to be told that there's gonna be another 20 mins for chicken pieces. Got a soggy chicken burger instead, which I don't think was worth £6. After getting home, I've noticed I've been overcharged £2. Absolute joke. Wish I could get a refund. Also the guy at the till didn't wash his hands after dealing with money and touching the till, and he just started making my burger after 40 mins. Might contact EHO to give you a visit to check the hygiene standards. Won't be back...
