I came to this place a week ago. Ordered my food sat down looking forward to it. Chap on the counter casually sticking his fingers in his ears and twisting it !! Was fuming confronted the man explained to him totally unacceptable!!! Got my money back !! Will never come back here staff need educating on hygiene!!!!!!!!
Best chicken burger about! Staff aren’t really engaging and the place is not the most inviting but oh boe the chicken burgers only are incredible.Food: 5/5
Great food, shame about the cleanliness. I dined in, & had to clean my table w some alcohol gel & tissues I had to hand. The ladies toilets are a bit of a gloomy affair. There was no toilet roll.
Went there and tried for the first time, the rashers burger was very delicious and was quite big which was good. Would highly recommend to visit.Food: 5/5
First time I've been here, bit of a mixed bag really. We ordered a veggie pizza and a Gourmet peri peri chicken burger meal with dips. First the dips, the spicy mayo dip was amazing but the salsa dip was just weird. Didn't taste like salsa, wasn't great, wasn't terrible, just weird. The pizza was average, not bad, not great, just ok. It was more expensive than some places I've been but I wouldn't buy it again. The burger was the best thing about the meal. Really flavoursome, cooked well, tender chicken and just the right amount of bang, btw I opted for the burger without the egg. However, a big issue is the value for money proposition. The burger barely filled me up and there weren't enough chips either. Certainly, the meal wasn't worth £7.50, especially when you consider Miami down the road and what they are offering. Something for Chickadees to perhaps think about. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking available. I would go again but perhaps not as often as I frequent other places.
As someone who has dined here for over a decade, I’ve not been in for a while, so stopped off here tonight. Despite me ordering the large flame grilled chicken burger meal and everything vastly more expensive - the burger was not flame grilled, nor had any jalapeños like it used to. In fact, it was a plain burger with a diddy bit of farty lettuce and a dollop of mayo. Either I’ve been duped or the flame grilled is now flame ness for a vastly superior fee. It’s a nail in the coffin for me as it’s been going downhill in years, and I feel that I will not been rushing back there anytime soon. I’m not sure if it’s changed owners but it’s a shell of what it used to be and one to avoid now in future if I ever drive through Cheadle. A shame……
I was disappointed with my recent visit. During my last visit, everything was more than great. However, this time, I was charged for top jalapenos. I believe that businesses should provide small extras like jalapenos for free, especially when customers have already spent a considerable amount of money. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to the business. Despite this, I will not comment on the food quality and have given the business four stars. Parking: Very hard to find unless you went late at night.
5 stars, just it wish it was cheaper as then I would go more I’d recommend the double gourmet peri peri burger.Food: 5/5
Used to be my go to place chickadees but the past few times I’ve had a delivery it’s been very disappointing. Food has taken over an over to get here when I’m only a few minutes drive away. Food arrives hardly warm, soggy chips standards have really gone down hill. Not worth the expensive price for the quality of food you getFood: 2/5
Decent food but too expensive. Started off really reasonable now the prices are increasing but quantity is still reducing. You can pay half the price for similar quality food. £7 chicken burger meal in the photo
