I'd say the food quality is average. The delivery was quite quick, however the burger wasn't very warm nor was it tasty. The salad in the burger wasn't fresh either. I'm still yet to find a decent takeaway in this area :
Very basic Chicken shop. It what is it. Good menu but dry and tasteless. Prices okay but wouldn’t go back unfortunately. Must be better chicken shops in Chester?
Very average food, yet very premium prices. In London the same food can be had for less than half the price
Worst food I have ever eaten, if i could give 0 stars i would, the chicken strips looked like they could be revived they where that raw and cold. The chips looked and tasted like they had spent 5 days on the side in a moist room and to top it off the cheesecake was completely frozen, binned most of it. How this place hasn't been shut down is a miracle!!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service, I was missing half of the food, phoned them up to tell them what was missing, they argued with me saying they had sent it and it was now my problem, I spent £40 his attitude stunk. No recommended at all. No stars deserved at all.
Unfortunately for me this time I've paid for a product and got less than ordered and paid . Called the shop and the person who answered the phone argued with me saying he gave me the full ordered product and put the phone down... called second time tge same person answered and straight away said that I've ordered less than I say I did even do I paid full price. Then tells me to go back there that they would give the item for free I've paid so it's not free . Chicoland was good but the new administration don't seem to know what they doing .
Food arrived fairly on time which was a good start. Batter was very soggy on the wings and they tasted like they had been cooked the day before, I also order the fried chicken and when I opened the box it did not smell right at all I took a piece of chicken out and could smell that it was off. So not only are they serving old chicken it is also off. Please be careful if you still decide to order from here. I will never order from here again.
How have i not rated here yet. This place is special. The chicken is so different to anywhere else its gorgeous and the wedges...... These wedges are the nicest food you will ever eat. They are little pieces of potato heaven. Combo 4 with wedges instead of fries. Perfection!
The chicken is delicious, the spiced wedges are my favourite and are really delicious. Friendly staff and quick service every time. Perfect for a quick tea or an end of the night snack. Always clean and tidy, good selection of drinks and fod on the menu.
