The food is the classic Subway standard which I find satisfactory. However a big thing for me is they let you use their toilet without making a purchase, this sense of kindness and community is especially appreciated especially if you have certain conditions like myself.Food: 4/5
Food is really good but service not so much. They were rude and whispered something about our choice of sauce to each other. Gave us dirty looks aswell.
Needed an order for the Clan and the person serving here nailed every order! They were love and respectful and also had a joke and a laugh. Before you knew it, 2 people waiting were also laughing and joking with us. The staff made it fun and the food was fast and brilliant! Enjoy!
Excellent welcome sooo friendly, helpful, with great food! Helped us to screen shot on our phone as we didnt how to do it, and told us about making it a meal deal and also on our next visit used some of our points as we didnt realise that we had enough for a 6 inch! Highly recommend here! Close by to the train station on the way up to the town
This is a very small subway so only 3 tables to eat in . Food was great. Staff are lovely and friendly.Food: 5/5
Don't waste your money... Got my daughter a 6inch for a treat as its one of the few places that do gluten free bread... Its bad enough you have to pay 50p extra for gluten free but what arrived was a complete joke... £4.99 for that.... Shocking. Not to mention my Potatoe crispers were cold and soggy. At least my son enjoyed his ham and cheese. Thats the only reason this got 2stars.
Less than half a bowl for £5.49! Apparently the manager has told staff to reduce portions. No gherkins, no beetroot and I will struggle to find the sweet corn or olives as they're not visible. Barely any chicken either.
Awful. Extremely slow staff with no motivation while there was a long line, mostly miserable apart from 1 bubbly young girl with dark hair and glasses. I would recommend retraining the staff on their customer service and also on how to make the sandwiches as the 2 we ordered fell apart in the paper before even picking them up. I understand subways aren’t the tidiest and some stuffing falls out but with how long it took them to put it together I didn’t expect to have to re build my meal on a bench without any napkins or tissues like normally provided.
Order was completely wrong. Missing lots of items which I asked for and added items which I didn't ask for on both sandwiches that we ordered. So I called them up to let then know and they said it was because the receipt machine wasn't working. So they have basically guessed what I wanted and got it completely wrong. They didn't even put sause on which for a guess is just shocking that they think I wouldn't want sause! They also wouldn't make me a new sandwich because it was 40 minutes before closing time. So obviously not enough time to make a sandwich. I was just told to go on just eat and get a refund.. worst experience I've ever had ordering food.
Brilliant helpful staff that make all the difference, a really well run subway
