Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Since I have started to dine in Cheyenne Spur in umlazi I haven’t really experienced anything that I’d complain about everything there is just good. I remember the first day I visited there a lady who served me together with a manager ganged up on me and made sure I come back for another visit.
Wow.. What a terrible service we received.. Waited for 30 minutes for our drinks order and when I called for a manager I continue to wait up until I stood up to look for her and I was told she would come I continued to wait when she eventually came she was quick to just say sorry and wouldn't allow me to express myself I had to ask her to hang on so that I can voice my problems, we ordered spar letter we were told the machine has a gas problem, we ordered a steak with Avocado and we were told they don't have it, we ordered chops, they did not have them.. Eventually a manager took over our table who later told us there will be further delays as they are having issues with gas.. When my order finally arrived my meat was not cooked enough I am definitely Never coming back here
Food is not nice. Juice or steak or ribs or samp it always different from other spur restaurants. What ever you order at Spur Umlazi there is no Spur taste about it. Well those who do know spur taste find it nice.
I was extremely dissapointed by the service ! What poor service .. i am a long time Spur customer but what i experienced in Spur Mega city was the worst of its kind . Order took plus 40 minutes to arrive .. and it was not even captured correctly . Only to find out that someone confused my order - some one thought i said beef burger whilst i said Rib buger , so only then was it prepared after 40mins waiting .. waiter only decided to come and double check which burger u order after 30mins of patiently waiting . Plus i was given an incorrect menu from the start ! --- i give up ! Worst Spur !!!
Everything was horrible from the service to the food. Worse spur branch I've ever visited, I'm never going there again
It has a good atmosphere the music is great you'd even think that they have an in house dj. The service is also very good, you eat as a chief and are treated as one. The four stars is for the WIFI it was a bit slow compared to other Spurs I've visited.
Yummy food and great service
