Sarah Goodwin  was the rudest Customer Services member of staff for any Council I have known in 53 years. Arrogant, unprofessional, unpolite and put the phone down ending the call because I stated it was too stressful and could not continue with the call but before closing the conversation she put the phone down without a word. I phoned again and was cut off twice when my call was next in line. Im a very placid  professional lady having been a Legal PA to Cheshire Partners in Solicitors firms, but obviously this member of staff was having a very bad day and took it out on a call.  Very bad for Cheshire East Council to act like this. Disappointing for Cheshire life.

Simple question do I need a licence to setoff fireworks at a wedding on private land? No specific information on the website so rang customer services who didn't know so put through to licensing who didn't know said I needed to ask trading standards so put through to them and a message came on and said they were closed!! Took 9 minutes which I paid for to get no where. Cheshire East needs to improve urgently. This is not customer service.

Corrupt lying bullies. Doesntt matter which department you want to know about, they're all the same. Lies lies and lies. Criminally investigated too, whens the next police report coming?  Claim work had been approved, went back on it. Dont want to take simple action to prevent someone getting hurt or killed because its not financially viable to them

I would just like to thank Denise Mansfield for all her help in the past couple of weeks Her customer support went the extra mile, she was helpful and friendly, a big change from the normal customer support the public receives from council staff who are less than helpful and make one feel as if we are just a nuisance. Denise thanks again you have restored my faith in customer care at Cheshire East Regards LW Harrison

They never answer phone calls, always say they will get back to us but never do,they are a waste of time, and never help with anything

Discusting how they treet parents. For 2 years I have been trying to get help with my daughter and for 2 years they have not helped atall...   Honestly the worst I have ever been treated in my life.  Very bad experience

Total shocking I had awful experience with this people especially when I was very heavily pregnant too and they didn’t even sort out conflict of interest they never listen to me finding out the social worker was only newly qualified social worker  too ! Never again they treat me my family like scum bags when we are very family unit! The case was joke anyway they soon run off when I pass my pams assessment!!! Nosing into my life  and family

Useless. Charge some of the highest rates for council tax and rarely empty the bins when they are scheduled to be emptied. Generally inept.
