Our trained care staff can help with all aspects of personal care, nutrition, medication administration and more. Having a person-centred approach we understand the importance of care planning that captures each customer's vision of how they wish to live; who they are as a person, their hopes and aspirations.
Our level of support is tailored to each individual customer, and can be a simple short daily visit, up to multiple visits as required, ranging in length from around 30 minutes to several hours if needed. Our caring, highly professional team is dedicated to helping our customers live life to the full on their own terms, in the home they love.

We also provide services in rural villages around the towns of Cheshire East such as Wybunbury, Wrenbury, Sound, Willaston, Hough, Weston, Elworth, Brereton,Wheelock, Barthomley, Church Lawton, Rode Heath, Scholar Green and Astbury.

Our management team monitors and assesses our success in this, making sure our customers' views are heard when planning our activities. Our Care Manager, supported by a team of Supervisors, recruits and trains our care staff to the highest possible standards, with on-going training and monitoring in the field.
We are careful to match workers with customers by personal introduction, then becoming part of a small dedicated team who regularly visit the same customer, building a relationship of trust. Every customer has their own “care plan”, drawn up to their specification, and capturing every detail of how they wish their care to be delivered. This is regularly reviewed in consultation with the customer to ensure we stay on track in meeting expectations.
