Terrible..Terrible...Terrible....I think it's a jobcentre thing, but don't expect anything other than the heady mix of incompetence and judgement that comes from the poor administration of the DWP. shame on them for taking your taxes for a 3rd world service.

Worse than useless they all should be fired and given to monkeys as I'm confident they'd do better. They make you call up to listen to some daft woman spout rubbish then they say redial this number. I gave them a reply to their forms and the monkeys havn't finalised any of it Total shambles and more useless than a chocolate fireguard.
