We made a appointment and saw Nevil he was knowledgeable and helped us sort out what we needed to do,he was patient and said if we needed any more help just get back intouch. I have never been to citizens advice before but found them very helpful.
Helped me with finding out what I needed to do. Due to my ADHD and Autistic spectrum conditions. Had a few issues with their understanding of my needs with these two contradicting symptoms. Not really their fault. Having both of them is quite uncommon, not to mention, incredibly frustrating for both parties.
There is a great team behind the CAB in Macclesfield with a great knowledge about every problem you might have, I have used the facility a few times and they really do come highly recommended.
Waste of time, waited for over an hour only to be told there were no appointments that day and would have to wait approx 3 months+ for one! What are people to do when they are desperate for help?
