They have been reliable for a decade, fair prices and the drivers are knowledgeable. Great mini-cab service. Any issues speak to one of the three owners and they will immediately fix it.
Unfortunately not a very professional company. I used them to transport some business clients to a different site and they were far from impressed. The car was in a state of repairs, especially the interior, and it smelled very unclean. Definitely not fit for high profile business clients.
Driver goes AWOL, company says they don’t know where he is and I should call another company as they don’t have any more cars.
Never had any issues with them - great service all round.
Really really good amazing the man's name was abdulaal and he was so nice
I've been using Chepstow Cars for past few years. They were always reliable.
