Great little shopping complex and has a variety of shops available , the toilets are not very nice so I would resist using them or use the ones available in the food eateries. There is security that walks round the complex think that's to make you feel safe as it's not meant to be the nicest of areas, personally I don't have a problem but others may with the youth that hang around there and the bus stops
Good variety of shops but could do with more kids clothes shops. I use the centre often. Very welcoming.
A nice little shopping area, with lovely seating and decor for the warmer days. A good variety of shops for all ages too. The only down fail is the stench of cigarettes in the air, it could cause an asthmatic to have an attack!! Also, the disabled carpark is always full of cars not presenting blue badges!!!
Great place to do a quick shop or take your time good array for shops, clean tidy and nice seating area. I live locally so this is always my go to for shopping and easy access to Asda via escalter. There us the multi store car park that is free for up to 3 hours I believe and Asda big car park which again is free for upto 3 hours. Shops include Iceland, Select, Wilkos, Boots, New Look, Home Bargains to name a few definitely worth a visit if you just want a chilled few hours browsing for offers. Also has a Costa so you can enjoy a nice beverage to break up the browsing! KFC and McDonald's are also located on the outskirts of the centre. There is and indoor Market which I used to love as a kid best chios around but haven't been in there for a while so can't review unfortunately. Go check it out!
Chelmsley Wood is a big shopping center in the nearby area with variety of stores to choose from. Many grocery stores, Barber shops and lot more Also convenient if you travel as Bus Stop is just outside the shopping center and a massive Car parking is available
Ive have worked in this centre on and off for years, generally lovely people both who work in the stores and the people who shop there, unfortunately though i wont be working there again!!! Security guard Karla, clearly singled me out because i am black and the only black worker there at the time. Quite obviously a racist as both i and costumers seen how she singled me out for no reason and accused me of breaking security procedures. I will be making a formal complaint against Karla and will refuse to work in that centre. Racism has no place in modern society and she should lose her job!
Visited this morn, lovely clean and very Christmassy
Went up chemsley Wood for a family outing for Christmas shopping. Haven't been up there for a while, and now it looks like a derelict council estate. More than half of the shops are closed, and those that are open are full of the same items.
Plenty of parking and easy access to shops. Has the usual shops of many small shopping centers. Indoor market was fantastic in the 90s. Unfortunately it lost its sprit a long time ago.
We went into JD Sports today the staff was really lovely and friendly. The shop had plenty of staff and the shop floor was very clean and tidy.
