Moving house is such an exciting time in everyone's lives. But it can also be the most stressful and difficult period too. Closing a chapter and starting a new one is how most people see it. Claire and Joe from Chatterton Estates understand this like no one else. It is important in their eyes that both parties get as much support as possible. It is one of the unique points where we differ from other agencies. We will work together from the first point of contact and we will be available at all times for help, guidance and advice.

Joe has over 16 years’ experience in estate agency management and has a wide knowledge of all aspects of property sales from initial appraisal to final completion including an extensive understanding of the legal and contractual issues.

Claire is a family person. With a teaching background she is very meticulous, conscientious and extremely approachable. It can be very reassuring to have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Claire is also excellent at marketing your valued property in the best possible ways.

We chose Chatterton’s on the strength of their reviews and that they were local to us. We were not disappointed from our first phone call to handing over our keys they were all excellent their support , help and patience were exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble for them it didn’t matter what time or day we phoned they were always there with a reassurance that it was all going fine. We had rather fussy buyers which was very frustrating but Joe , Sharon and Anna made the whole process go through smoothly. We would recommend highly and thank them for all their care and support.

Chatterton's were my vendors estate agent and we're fantastic when not even working on our behalf! they were instrumental ant getting this moving especially when the solicitors couldn't pick telephones up in 2022! they were key at getting us moved into our first home and special thanks goes to Anna who was terrific throughout but also to the other Chatterton's staff who were always friendly, helpful and committed to whatever request was made, again they were not working on our behalf so had no client  incentive, just great honest estate agents. highly recommended.

We used Chatterton's for the sale of our house. Right from the first moment we felt we were getting a personal service. They always delivered as promised in every stage. All the way from initial instruction through to completion they communicated brilliantly and understood how important it is to keep in contact even if there is no news. We were delighted with out photos and within 24 hours we had viewings booked  They managed to get us an above price offer within a week of marketing our property, which was incredible. Even once we'd fone to solicitors, they kepts a steady communication between ourselves and our buyers and made the whole experience stress free. Thank you Joe, Dave and Anna for everything.

We bought our cottage in Evesham through Chattertons ... I have to say from beginning to end they were brilliant .  They kept us up to date regularly 100% helpful and informative ... would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling their property.. they go above and beyond.

We chose to sell our house with Chatterton estate agents ltd due to them being a family run business and there very competitive rates. I'm We dealt primarily with Anna and Dave who answered any questions we had promptly and with a lot of knowledge. A WhatsApp group was set up which was brilliant for communication. The team at Chatterton made this a painless house sale and we would definitely wholeheartedly recommend them!

We couldn't recommend Chatterton's Estate agents highly enough !! The whole team there have been brilliant from day 1 !!  We had a very poor experience selling our flat with another local estate agent where we had been on the market for over 3 months with very little success & very poor customer service !!  We decided to change over to Chatterton's. It was the best thing we could have done !! We met with Joe Chatterton & the team, they took photos & measurements.  The advert on Rightmove looked fantastic !! WE AGREED A SALE WITHIN A WEEK !!  Communication was great throughout !! They set up a Whatsapp group so we could get in touch whenever we had questions & we received regular updates throughout the process !!  They also introduced us to our new house !! We are now in the final stages of the purchasing process & can't wait to get moved in !! We really couldn't be happier with the service Chatterton estate agents provided !! 5 STARS
