Best bubble tea ever! I was craving it for months and when I had the chance to visit UK this last month I went directly to this place. So so good! I just wanna go back.
I came when they opened at 12 to be told they have no pearls? Surely you would prepare this beforehand... Had to wait over an hour. Half the items were out of stock!! This was topped off by incredibly rude staff, the guy at the counter was not bothered whatsoever. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being taken for a mug !!
great selection of teas! the staff are always really nice and helpful, even if you're new to bubble tea! definitely worth checking out!
Order tieguanyin latte with half ice and half sugar, they didn't have tapioca pearl so had it with coconut jelly, a new combination for me. The jelly was fresh so that was alright but would order the tea with less ice or even no ice next time because within 10 mins, the tea was proper diluted already
Large selection of tea and toppings when they have them in, but the staff can be quite blunt and a little rude. Usually I would go to the bubble tea place next to it, as the staff are really lovely and they usually have a full selection.
Absolutely love their bubble tea, their service is also great. They have a variety of options and unique mixes of flavours! They have plenty of seating and a cute atmosphere with drawings on their walls that clients have drawn for them. Definitely recommend.
Staff made me a drink that tasted off, I've had it before so I know how it should taste. When I told them, they just said it's the recipe they used for years and that it should be fine. They did not offer to remake it.
Bobba is not as good as tiger sugar but its okay..
