Stayed here as a family for our C2C cycling trip. Super helpful staff. Extremely kind and caring. We weren't able to stay for breakfast, they gave us a very healthy and bike ready takeaway breakfast. Gave safe bike storing space. There are some limitations, like staff is not around from 11pm till 7.30am or so on the weekend. But it all cancels by super helpful staff!!! Thank you!
Lovely place very close to the centre of Whitehaven. Food really tasty and freshly prepared. Lovely outside area to enjoy the sun.
We had been let down by another property and had to find very last minute accommodation. The lovely lady at The Chase was really sympathetic and said she’d look after us. The hotel has a warm informal feel to it but remains profesional. Room was very comfortable and I loved having a bath! Good bar, very tasty cooked breakfast. All the staff were great, friendly and helpful. We have booked again.
Had a little 2 night stay here with the hubby ..lovly polite staff from start to finish...sat out on terrace first night .not overpriced drinks like other hotels ..big bedroom ...great comfy bed x...fabulous filling breakfast ..gluten free bread woopy for me coliac ..not much in whithaven ..views good from top of 100 steps ..got train to St bees beach ...thank you for great stay at the chase x x
