Brilliant taxis service! Always well presented drivers and clean cars, reasonable prices for area, friendly drivers always. Love the fact you have women drivers on evenings such a refreshing change to see. Even when busy you try and fit me in where you can never fear being let down Or not turning up.

Waited 1hr 45mins for taxi driver Phil at Brize norton, after a very long journey. The lady from Charlie taxis who was onsite at Brize had been in the phone to him and assured myself and the elderly gentleman who was also sharing the taxi that he would be there shortly then no show and no one would answer my calls nor my online booking. Extremely poor behaviour, I would steer clear

Fantastic company. The driver of your 7 seater very kindly came back for our bridal party after our taxi company had let us down. She was due to finish her shift after her pick up but very kindly came back for us and took us the 20 mins home. THANK YOU!
