Absolutely terrible, the bus drivers have a go at the people on the bus for walking to the other side of the street. They never come on a time about the same, I would rather walk the busses are in horrible conditions Dreadful... always speading and the suspension is worse than an out of date pizza.

All ways late picking up my kids from burford school sometimes on Wednesday but commonly on Friday and the driver of the bus is shocking and always speeds on the speed bumps as my kids has said and most time I have to get a mate to pick up my kids cause the bus doesn't show up. Poor service

absolutely terrible. Phoned angelas asking for a taxi, after being late by 45 minutes they finally answered the phone and said they would send somebody else from a restaurant (?!) another 15 minutes passes, still no taxi. No answer or explanation why they left 2 guys with a group of girls standing in the freezing cold in the middle of the night. Use any other firm instead of these!

Poor customer service. I was told taxi will arrive after 10 mins but after 30 mins of standing in the cold I had to call another one which arrived in 5 mins. Won't bother to call anymore as this was not the first time
