Did not request a free pizza gave the wrong pizza to delivery driver to take back to swap for the pizza we wanted. They left the old pizza on the step outside the door which is not only unhygienic has also left the pizza cold. Was extremely rude when we phoned up. The chips were not free we were sent chips with garlic sauce on them therefore were sent chips that were delivered as they were meant to be. Being extremely rude over message as soon as seen the review
Shocking. Ordered pizza deal 2. 2 large pizza chips and onion rings Chips turned up covered in garlic Mayo so called up and got sent new chips and gave back the chips that were previously sent. Then realised they sent the wrong pizza. Called up and got shouted at down the phone and refusing to give money back and refuses to send the correct pizza. Kids now left with no food. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. Shocking service Kid-friendliness: None. Kids now left with no food and ignoring calls

Ordered today and I think I got someone else's order. Driver wasn't able to correct said call back later for a part refund but tbh CBA shouldn't have to. pizza was wrong after looking as it had mushrooms no onions medium kabab not large and cheese on chips and I hate cheese on chips kabab and pizza was nice tho shame we don't know what the pizza was chips went in the bin After owner commented Nope it was 100% you as your the only kabab shop in ottery
Terrible food was wrong kids food was messed up pizza come cold then returned same pizza left on door step so was cold and rude on phone and hung up
Absolutely great food, definitely get your money’s worth. The staff are always fast and kind. My go to takeaway in Ottery.

Great food from an authentic Turkish charcoal grill kebab shop, cooking the meat over charcoal really does provide an excellent taste. Food is always freshly cooked, tastes great and arrive hot when home delivery is used.

Simply the best place for a take out. Service is excellent. Always with good humour and a chat. They get to know you, which is very rare today. Food is always cooked to order and is of the beat quality.
