The kebabs are very good, but the pizza has dramatically gone down hill. I am not sure if it is the dough flour that they use, but the pizza base is not good. Also the tomato sauce is very acidic with no seasoning. The real topping on the pizza though is that the prices have gone up, without the quality following the trend.

I have been a loyal customer since day one, but this is the third time the food has been awful. They seem like they are going towards the route of many food outlets, where they believe they have a loyal customer base and start cutting corners with quality.

We had specifically asked for a chicken tikka pizza and both pizzas came with chicken doner instead, which I didn't mind, but the chicken doner was mainly the fat/rubbery parts of the chicken. I also caught food poisoning last night and I thought I was going to faint at one point. My wife had said to complain the moment she saw the pizza, but I didn't really bother. 

I use to work in the food industry and when businesses are starting to get more popular, greed gets them to cut corners and save, but this usually kills the quality in food. I have attached a photo of just one pizza slice and the amount of fat/rubbery doner that came out of it.

Was very surprised to find that Char Char were the only HMC certified food place in telford. Food was good, staff were polite and overall very pleased.
