Maria Davies at RBB has to be the most professional and honest business woman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is professional at all times, she is incredibly courteous and polite, she has given us no end of advise about the local housing market and the processes involved along the way. Nothing is too much trouble, Maria would always assist with even the silliest of questions, she is always obtainable and would always give us updates along our house buying journey. I would recommend her as our estate agent of choice time and time again.

I have recently been looking in the area for a property and have been registered with several estate agents in the area. I was very impressed with the RBB team, in particular, Michelle who was very pleasant  to speak to and also very proactive during our search.  It was a genuine pleasure to deal with her.  She arranged several viewings and was very knowledgeable about the properties.  If things go wrong with the purchase and we need to revisit the market, she will be my first contact.

We were very impressed with Russell Baldwin & Bright, Leominster Branch, from our first contact to our last.
They were professional, enthusiastic and caring. From our initial meeting with Maria, who leads the team magnificently, we gradually got to know all the other members of the team who each performed their roles to the same high standards.
If we decide to sell or buy another house they will be our first call. Thank you.

I am very happy to thank the staff of the Leominster branch of Russell, Baldwin and Bright for the professional, friendly and ever patient help they gave me in my sale.
                             Maria Davies' first visit was a delight. I had asked three agents to view and value and in stark contrast to the other two she was positive,saw the advantages of my cottage, valued it  at considerably more than they had and very nearly got the asking price.
                                       Jane Bingham couldn't have been more charming to me and the viewers and certainly sold the cottage to the ultimate buyers. I'm sure everybody enjoyed their visits with her.
                                        Under Maria's managership this branch is just what an estate agents should be; immediately friendly and forthcoming and extremely well informed. Whenever I went in people were being attended to cheerfully and patiently and came away smiling ----------- not the common case.
                                I am extremely grateful to all the staff and can't recommend them more highly. Rather than this being the usual stressful experience it was a pleasure.

The team at RBB were Ace.  We were doing viewings the day after we signed on the dotted line and accepted an offer after only three weeks on the market.

Jane and the rest of the team are very proactive - calling potential buyers to advise them of new properties and coercing them gently into viewings. The sales brochures are of a very high standard and the pictures used are expertly taken to show the best of even the smallest room.

All the team at RBB are extremely helpful and happy to offer advice and reassurance at every stage of the process.  It's a bonus that they are really lovely people too.

The only thing I would say that is a slight con being on the buying side now is that the website continues to list sold properties which is a drag when you are trying to find something new.

Couldn't recommend them more highly for the sales process.
