Delivery was 30 mins late, when we received our food it was lukewarm, the special chow mein gave me food poisoning. Absolute filth, wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole, hope Chan sleeps well at night, because God knows I don’t🤬

Incredibly disappointing!! Lumpy curry sauce, soggy salt & pepper chips and the sweet potato was hard and was doused in oil. Not only were the sweet & sour balls incredibly over-cooked, they hadn't been de-tailed and were dry and greasy. Needless to say less than 30% of the meal was eaten. Never eat here!! Edit* 5 minutes after posting this we now both have stomach ache. 😒

terrible service. ordered through hungry house at 5.10 waited until 6.20, told it was on its way, phoned again at 7.05 to be told hungry house had not placed the order, and it would only be another 10 mins...at 7.50 nearly THREE HOURS later we phoned Chan's again and told them either deliver it for free or don't bother, the manager there decided not to apologise and said we either pay for it or refuse it, that was an easy decision we cancelled all £31.15p worth of food.The staff told us it wasn't the first time this takeaway and hungry house couldnt get there act together, so i would avoid Chan's and hungry house, no apology or money back, just a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG wait for nothing. The delivery service is an absolute disgrace, waiting nearly two hours and all they could say is the driver has set off. I could understand if the delivery was to Birmingham- never again
