Fantastic experience with Chamberlains Newton Abbot branch. We would like to mention Mandi who was amazing throughout our purchase and acted each time with a prompt response. Her communication skills are fantastic and we never felt like we were problematic with our endless phone calls. Our purchase which we needed to be “ swift” as we had sold our property was dealt with so professionally by Mandi that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them in the future should we need too . This is the first time I have had the opportunity of giving instructions for sale of a detached property in Newton Abbot, the service has been excellent . Timeline. Rang Chamberlains .Lovely and professional approach. Craig ,the manager, came to view the next day,gave his opinion as to value.Followed by good quality photos with description,folder and paperwork explaining their approach. Signed a mandate for sale with the property being listed on 26th June 2023 Chamberlains took their various clients to the vacant property and I received a satisfactory accepted offer.A Memorandum of Sale was sent to solicitors on 10th July. Since that time Chamberlains Team, ably assisted by Mandi Cooper,  have dealt with all the details and diligently dealt with mine and the purchasers solicitors.Result ,exchange of contracts today 6th September with completion for the 8th September. As absent landlords, we have used Chamberlains for many years to have full management of our property. All members of the Newton Abbot rental team have been quick to respond to any issues and we have had complete confidence in them throughout our time with them. I have been particularly impressed with the 3 way relationship they have  with themselves, landlord and tenant and also with the contractors they use to carry our work on our property. It has been reassuring to know that such issues are dealt with quickly and of a good standard. After deciding to sell our property the sales team were also very helpful as were the conveyancing solicitor they suggested. Thanks a million Steve, Shirley and Theresa.

Currently we use 3 different managing agents across the country for our properties,  and Chamberlains are by far the best, way above the others in terms of caring service, helpfulness, support and especially speed of response, for which we are both very grateful.  Most importantly, given Chamberlains' rôle as our managing agent, you always work hard to ensure that our tenants are happy living in the property.  And you are super efficient at finding new tenants, when needed, with always a choice for us to choose from, with well-researched background information about the possible tenants. Also with our Grade ll* listed property, you have the contacts and knowledge to find superb artisanal workmen when necessary.  Thank you so much to you all.
