Absolutely appealing service. Was there this morning, lady behind the counter was rude, made faces, their card machine declined my card once and she very loudly said - "you dont have enough money there!" and made faces. I tapped the card again and it worked because of course I wouldn't go to the shop if I had no money. Same lady keeps overcharging me and is just plain rude EVERY time I go there. I have shown her my passport about 3x times now, corrected her wrongly scanned items many many times.. Lady I speak of has eastern European accent. Sociopath through and through. Advice to you dear, if you read this - Get a new job if you hate serving customers or maybe tuck your homophobic attitude in, it shows.
Very good for your small shop!.. Always get my sandwiches here! The lovely lady there who serves me is very nice and sweet! Reasonably priced, great local food and always in stock!! Home made pies and rolls etc etc disabled friendly and access to the front door very easily obtained!... Recommended! 5*
Appalling service I had some parcel delivered here, which have arrived for collecting. I checked with dpd to make sure it was okay for partner to collect the parcels, as I had surgery yesterday and physically cannot leave the house. He took everything with the dpd said to my I’d, parcel codes, proof we live togther etc and yet was still refused the parcels because ‘we don’t share a surname’. This is ynot a dpd requirement in any way shape or form, and the shop keeper even said ‘it’s my policy’. These parcels contain medical stuff I really need so am now going through Dpd complaint department regarding this store as they are not following dpd procedure.
I wanted to complaint about this woman's behaviour and attitude to the store manager but when she said she is assistant manager,I just walked away. Making faces for no reason.You are not the only one who is working, all of us are going through the same process everyday.will never buy again.
I live close by and I shop here almost every day. They are well supplied and the people who work there are really sweet!
