Fantastic views from the balcony. Exceptionally friendly service and atmosphere with truly excellent craft beers and cider. Not bad for a tea shop. Can't wait to go back🤗

A lovely pot of tea but unpleasant service. We arrived at 3.45 having seen that the last orders were at 4 pm. We made a special point of arriving in time. Indeed we had arranged our day around our tea shop trip. We were greeted by a waitress who told us they were CLOSING at 4 pm as it was bank holiday Monday ( strange business choice as Harlech was bustling with holiday makers). She added that they had no scones or tea cakes. After our comments of disappointment she let us have tea and then 'found' some scones and tea cakes. She was clearly being dishonest and it made our trip quite unpleasant. What a shame.

Lovely tea rooms with a nice selection of food and excellent range of teas. Friendly service and nice outside terrace area overlooking the castle. Real tea enthusiasts, (you can also buy loose leaf teas to take home). Lovely surprise to find a place like this, definitely worth a visit.
