When you are looking for a vet some of the things you consider are availability; staff with a passion for animals and hopefully not too deer...nnNow i can't say that Cedar Grove isn't deer.. they are market related and yes, sometimes i hold my breath when i have to pay.. the reason for this is because Cedar Grove provides me with a range of lovely doctors and passionate nurses.nnI had to take my dearest Bibi to be put to rest, and the way Cedar Grove set everything up to ensure its a quiet hour, where the MOST compassionate, soft spoken, and patient staff were on duty and ready to support me through such a dark hour.. well it deeply moved me... They brought my walls down and somehow softened my heart.nnYou want a Vet that hasn't forgotten to love animals... but with Cedar Grove, you feel loved yourself when you are going through the biggest moment of your life...nnTo conclude: with Cedar Grove you get qualified, professional staff that know what they do, especially doctor John and Allison. They always try and fit your pet in when they are sick And you get a place that moves heaven and earth for you when it counts .. on your dearest pet's last day .. and for that i am willing to pay a premium.nnPlease allow me to share some photos of Bibi for old time sake as a tribute to the Amazing doggy practically human she was.
Very grateful to all involved in looking after my little dog Daisy this week. The vet was great giving me updates, even though it wasn't always good news, and the nurses were giving her loads of attention during her stay. Very glad to have her back home thanks to them.
Staff very professional and friendly, very efficient no waiting times . I feel very assured when I visit with my dog.. Would recommend.
Got appointment at short notice. Much appreciated. Great staff from Reception to nurses & vets. Came here for second opinion 30 years ago & never left. Thorough examination given & diagnosis with treatment plan. Thank you Cedar Grove for caring for Hetty & my previous dogs. Wouldn't go anywhere else. You are all amazing.
Awesome service! Girls at reception always very welcoming to both my Newfie bears! Great work all round! John worked wonders on our golden retriever years ago after bursting 2 discs in her back. She’s still going at 13 years plus. I don’t usually leave reviews but definitely would recommend! First class!
