Caws Teifi Cheese is Britain’s most highly awarded artisan cheese maker. We have been producing our award winning raw milk cheeses for over 30 years.

Visitors are welcome to view the cheesemaking process, with group visits available by appointment.

We came to see the distillery as we had met them at the cowbridge Food Festival the previous year. It has a really lovely farm with lots of options for cheese. You can even have tea and coffee there. I am looking forward to a return visit soon to do a gin tasting.
Ordered a selection of cheese for Christmas and it was all delicious! I have also purchased in the past as gifts for others and it has been very well received. Love the range of cheese on offer, from the traditional Welsh Caerphilly to the more unusual varieties, such as Nettle Teifi and Chilli Teifi: every one is a real treat!nDelivery was in good time. Packaged well. Delicious local cheese!
Lovely artisan little shop with home made cheeses and home distilled rums, whiskeys gins and delicious absinthe. Friendly staff welcome you and you can taste the cheeses and alcoholic beverages you are interested in. They also sell butter that is well worth buying.nIf you love cheese, do make the effort of making a visit.nThey do tours with cheese and alcohol tasting but we didn’t book and there was a group of 33 people there. If you are interested in a tour book in advance to avoid disappointment
Absolutely fantastic staff and excellent quality cheeses !nSeaweed gin is amazing!
We spontaneously rocked up to the distillery and we had the best afternoon! The lovely lady squeezed us in to the next gin and rum tour and it was fun, educational and sprinkled with laughter. Big shout out to Spikey Mikey who navigated us through the delicious alcohols. Our only other feedback would be to have a bit more cheese throughout because it was delicious!
