Outstanding meal. Fillet among the best I have ever eaten. Ribs a bit salty but still good. Passion fruit cocktail also delightful and made very quickly. We went on a Saturday night, book in advance for this time. Highly recommended.

Highly attentive service - we had a very chatty male waiter. Ribs were coated in a lovely BBQ sauce and the rack was huge! Had a ten ounce sirloin steak that was cooked medium to perfection. Coleslaw was the best we've ever had. Milkshakes are huge and practically a dessert unto themselves.

Ribs to end all ribs! I have been to Cattle Grid Winsor a handful of times (4 or 5) and have never had a below excellent experience! Either as a couple or as a family, this place is a firm favourite! I frequent Windsor two or three times a month and always crave a lunch/dinner here (I have been known to come into Winsor just to eat here!). I’ve eaten steak cooked like a dream, ribs that blow my mind every time and I always split a starter of barbeque chicken wings! The portions are glorious and cooked to absolute perfection. I didn’t know what ribs could taste like until now, falling off the bone, so, so juicy and the flavour is just faultless. Excellent value for what you get and every Monday you can really pig (or chicken) out with bottomless ribs or chicken wings!! Reading other’s reviews I have noticed people’s comments regarding the speed of the staff… quite honestly I have never felt them to be slow, nor have they been anything but welcoming. The dining room is small but comfy and has been extremely clean every time I’ve been there. Hand wipes and tissues come in abundance so don’t be shy, tuck in! This place is the physical representation of Homer Simpson’s gurgle noise… love this place!

This must be THE best ribs I've ever had, not the last time I will be here! Restaurant was half full when I arrived and my order was received within minutes, and delivered to my table within 5! Great atmosphere, though a bit loud.

Me and my friends went to Windsor branch this Sunday. The girl welcomed us was nice but another waitress( she said she was the manager) was extremely RUDE. We wanted to order food and after waived multiple times for 15min, she finally came. Literally yelled at us and said we didn't need to be rude( she said waiving was rude). We were so confused and asking her how to get her attention? She said just look at me then I know - clearly she didn't as we waited 15min! There were no eye contact or an explanation at all. Then she asked where we from? Does it matter? I've been in the UK for 15 years, lived in Asia for 15 year and US a couple. Never had such experience before. Just because your restaurant has a good location and lots of tourists coming in doesn't mean you can be disrespectful and be a racist! My friends were also shocked coz we went to this place a couple of times. NEVER GO BACK. She doesn't know how to be a decent person, how decent the food can be?
