I have visited Castlemead Court for several years bringing virtual reality experiences for the residents. The staff are always happy and are very professional. The residents are very well cared for and I never hear any complaints. I visit over 50 care homes and Castlemead is one of my favourites.
I visit Castlemead regularly in a professional capacity. The staff their are amazing, always friendly and helpful. They really do seem to care for their residents, what more can you ask for. I would be happy for a member of my family to be cared for by the Castlemead team.

My mum has been at Castlemead for 2 months now, as a family, we could not be happier. The members of staff are outstanding with the way they take care of their residents and we have seen a real change in mums physical health since she has been in their care. My family and myself are made to feel so welcome and at home every time we visit and when mum is having a bad day there is always a member of staff there for us to talk too, they are so reassuring and take the time to listen to us.nnThank you for everything you are doing for my mum.
I came to Castlemead care home with my brother who is relocating to the UK in the fall. He is already working in a similar industry in the USA and just wanted to have a feel about the industry and how it operates in this country. Castlemead was the fifth home we visited in Milton Keynes and the only one operated byExcel Care. My brother and I were really impressed by the welcome and cleanliness of the home. Castle-mead care home is a lovely and welcoming place. It is hearth and home for the residents and we also admired the way they involved families in the care of their loved ones.They take personal care to an exceptional level and their approach to holistic care is fantastic. My brother is looking forward to moving to Milton Keys and hopefully securing a contract with Excel Care at Castlemead Court.
