4th Newport Pagnell Brownies visited this home on Tuesday this week. We were taking table decorations that we had made for the residents. As soon as we walked in we knew it was a caring place. The girls were welcomed and made to feel special. The residents were delightful and joined in with our Carol singing. A very clean and bright environment. Thank you for letting us visit

The management team are supportive, professional, and always present, creating a positive and well led environment.nThe staff is kind, attentive and genuinely care about the residents, treating everyone with dignity and respect. Castlemead care home is an outstanding home and the people living here receive good care . They have a great team and the people who live at Castlemead are happy and get involved in a lot of activities and outings . The food is great and I do not hesitate to recommend anyone who needs care .

The staff at Castlemead are one of the best in Newport Pagnell, the way they care for their residents is outstanding, they have a huge media presence which allows everyone to follow all the activities they plan and do, which include fun days out, trips to their local high street, cream teas, loads of arts and craft making the list goes on, there is never a dull moment. Well done to all the staff at Castlemead
