appalling customer service skills and an absolute nightmare to deal with makes everything hard work and loves to repeat himself,
hes more interested in moaning and making up excuses!!

Only given one star because it is not possible to give zero stars.  Do not give details of where a deposit is registered; no inventory and then trying to retain a full deposit.  Not dealing with maintenance issues when raised.  Not very impressive at all.
