I love this store, people are nice and helpful if you need advice! I asked for advice on varnish and got excellent knowledge based answers from an employee I don't know the name otherwise I would've named the person, I liked talking though so thank you! I like this store a lot, hopefully I would be visiting more often than usual! ~

This shop is AMAZING! I am not an artisit myself, but I had bought brilliant things for my sister, and got a great discount for being a student +++ a goodie bag with some cool awsome gifts I really love this shop, I love the staff, they were very friendly, and helpful with my stupid questions Everything you might need is there! Definitely I would recommend it to any body I know! This shop is a MUST visit

The most disappointing shop i have ever went in. Got a lovely £50 voucher from friends and decided to spend it on a £40 course with some other stuff. Went all the way to the shop and the staff told me I am not allow to use the voucher to pay for the course as the courses are run by external companies and the voucher is for buying stuff only. Yes, to be fair.... it is written in the small print of the email saying online gift voucher will not be redeemed in the physical stores. I would expect a course is ok.... Anyway, after looking for something to buy and being told again the voucher is not for buying stuff in the shop which they didnt say at the first place but to get stuff online. So i walked out empty handed. I wonder how many people can buy art stuff eg brushes, paper ...etc online by guessing the size and quality of them? I believe you can guess what I was thinking the moment I walked out the shop.

Not an arty person how attended for the frodrick exhibition! Good hall for the exhibition, plenty of good work on display & plenty of space to move about. While not much attention was paid to the store itself it seemed well stocked & had a bit of everything! The staff were pleasent & had a bit of a banter! Store itself had a fair few folk in having a look around!
