Terrible pricing Wast of time only Been this store today to sale two tab s8 plus 5g like new Agree with them they will price match as Cex 232£ They took tablets for test and ask me to come back after 20 minutes When I come back after 20 minutes She said an other 5 minutes But she took 10 more minutes After 10 minutes she got back to me and offered 150£ for each That’s was absolutely rip off On cash generator website same model they selling for 400£ Where 400 and where 150 They want to make 250£ profit on each tablet I will suggest don’t waste time on this rubbish store Just look elsewhere
Bought a virtual headset in this store today the young lady that looked after us was quite simply fantastic very obliging and professional could not ask for more thank you
Got there in the end. Just wanted to sell my stuff and get out. Told me 20 minutes to see the price of 3 games, once I said I’ll just take them back, they then gave me a price…… no other way to say than a comedy show with staff arguing amongst themselves over phones and Face ID. Once the lady, I’m going to presume a manager, said she’d price them up I was ready to walk out. Won’t be coming back just go CEX few doors down if it’s technical, if it’s not find another pawnshop.

Very polite & goes above an beyond to see if you are sorted with the item you want or close to they are respected members of staff love coming feel like I am happy to be here not the other way round & good with my kids as well they have the heart to help with my daughter who has a few problems amazing !!!!

The girl who I spoke to didn’t seem to know answers to basic questions. Appeared rude and answered the phone during my conversation with the girl. Spoke very quietly, hard to hear and acted as though I was an inconvenience
I honestly can't fault the store when you are buying something. I was looking for a pair of Sony wh1000xm3 and after ignoring the higher rated store that begins with "C" because of the shonky returns policy they have I went in to the civic centre branch of cash generator and picked up a brand new looking pair for a very reasonable price and with the money I saved on buying brand new I bought a pair of Senneheiser headphones. Both work perfectly and sound awesome. Very happy customer
