This place is a complete joke, one member of staff Chris is patronising and has no public relations whatsoever. Anytime I've tried taking something in he's refused. A windows 10 tablet, various tools and phones. This place has laptops and tablets on display with cracks in them  not to mention the state of the tools they're selling refused mine because there was a small scratch on the serial number yet their tools rusted and parts of the serial number is completely missing! when they sell you a phone its scratched and apparently buying a phone with no charger is acceptable? Well at least I got a cable. Its different when they want to sell you there stuff and to top it all off sold my partner a blocked phone!!!

Friendly and helpfull staff with a sense of humor. Great shopping experience although £70 per strip of sticky tape is a bit steep 🤣.

Can't fault the staff in any way! All are friendly, professional and very fair. Always a pleasure to visit and/or do business there.
