Absolute joke of a branch, in fact not the branch but the manager with white/grey hair, their machine wasn't accepting any cash deposits, refused to even let me speak to him because it was a minute past 3pm, wouldn't even open the door absolute joke of a manager, suggest he is given some training in basic human interaction.

Opening times are useless to anyone that has a job , and the ATM outside hasn't worked for the last 2 or 3 times I've been there to deposit a cheque or cash.

Must admit lovely staff I was pick picketed thay nicked my bank card so she stopped it and orded new one strate away thanks to Santander staff

Had a great experience here yesterday with a lovely lady called Kay who was professional, friendly and put me at ease straight away. She went above and beyond for me and is a credit to Santander. Thank you!

They promised 100 GBP in case of switching to them, but didn't pay it, so I said ADIOS and cancelled my accounts.

Very unhelpful staff very poor seen as distance I now have to travel to my nearest bank least I expect is a helpful service
