So pleased we were told about this, It's your money do all the hard work. We couldn't be happier as the money they got back for us will come in very handy. Our endowment was over 20 years old. From first contact to final settlement was a much shorter process than I expected, and I was delighted with the result. Although a 35% fee may seem rather hefty, I think they deserved it for the speed, efficiency and friendliness of the service. I would add that I did a background check before making contact, but I’m happy to say this is not a scam!
I was given frequent updates on the progress of my claim and found the whole process trouble-free. Yes, there's a significsnt fee to pay for the service but worth it for someone who doesn't want to lift a finger to further a claim for compensation. In my case, if I hadn't seen this company's advert I would have been totally ignorant of my right to claim!
Although the fee was slightly higher than most other claims firms, I thought the service was excellent and I didn't know I was eligible for compensation but for a partner agent. I was kept up-to-date with the progress of my claim and Mike chased up the provider as my claim was taking way longer than the estimated 4 months. Everyone I dealt with was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I'm delighted with the outcome.
A very professional and pain free service requiring minimal input from myself. With great communication and a very satisfactory outcome. I can highly recommend the It IS Your Money service.
