Great restaurant for an intimate dinner with friends . Highly attentive staff, friendly relaxed atmosphere . The Negronis were delish. The wine recommended to complement our food as outstanding . Recommend the steak de boeuf.
I don’t really do reviews often, but visited casa Cruz for the first time yesterday and WOW!!!! I have not experienced same level of friendly staff and service in a long time - Taylor made our evening truly special and we were in total 13 people where all dietary requirements and ordered where outstanding! Go Taylor and the food was also superb - recommend the gnocchi Dietary restrictions: Glutenfree pasta and gnocchi
My experience at Casa Cruz was exceptional. Andrea was incredibly attentive, professional, and polite, making sure every aspect of our evening was flawless. He anticipated our needs, provided thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel truly welcome. Jordan took the time to understand my tastes and crafted a bespoke cocktail that was perfectly tailored to my preferences. The outstanding service from both Andrea and Jordan truly elevated our dining experience.
Superb for an evening out with friends. Argentinean roots guarantee great beef and steaks but I was also very pleased with the scallops, burrata, and lamb shoulder, as well as the lemon sole. Service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is really good - they've done such a good job of the festive season decorations.
Food is good, not outstanding but good. Cocktail’s are even better. The only issue is the tables are so close to each other. We were offered a table literally next to reception. Why would anyone put a table there? It kills all the atmosphere. They have too many tables for the space. Make sure you ask for a different table when booking.

We lost our engagement ring at this restaurant a few weeks ago, actually, it was taken by someone. If anyone has got it, please return it to the restaurant ASAP. It means a lot to us. Thank you Aside from the sad turn of events, service was impeccable and so was the atmosphere. The food was good, small portions expected for a high end establishment.
Great atmosphere although tables are definitely not far enough apart to be complying with covid the food was tasty overall but part of it turned up luke warm the blackened chicken which was still very tasty and the truffle pasta was apparently not that tasty. The service was great and good experience overall but to justify the price i would expect the food to be perfect. £190 for two people with only only one alcoholic drink so can not give it more than 3 stars.
Such an uneven place - sometimes you're treated like a queen and other times like dirt. It was the latter on my last visit. We were given a table for three right by the door and when we requested to be moved - there was not much space and there were other unoccupied tables in the room, the reception staff was very rude to us. Like shockingly rude The menu is very unadventurous - basically just pasta, meat and one option of fish. Just looking at the menu you're bored to death but there's still hope which is completely killed when the food arrives. For it tastes of nothing. Your wine choices are also super limited
Delicious food, impeccable service, lovely atmosphere. We had dinner on the rooftop terrace and everything was unique and tasty. Service was quick and friendly and the recommendations were spot on.Food: 5/5
