Visited last night for the first time. Absolutely gorgeous food, lovely ambiance & excellent sangria. We chose 6 dishes between 2 of us and we couldn’t finish it all. The mussels special was delicious and the sauce was lovely with soft bread. Sophia makes an excellent Biscotti Cheesecake! No doubt we’ll be back.

Just amazing!! We found this place by chance and we will definitely be going back. The food was so good but it was more than that. It had a really great feel about it. We went early afternoon and when we walked in, the owners were sat in the bar area and welcomed us. The waiter who served us was great. He brought the specials board and set it up at the table which was different but funny. He was very attentive and pleasant. The food was timed perfectly and was genuinely fantastic. Hake, gambas pil pil, steak, the potatoes and mojo was out of this world. We had the pleasure of meeting Carlos when he came over to check how we found the meal. It was nice to see how passionate he was about his restaurant. A perfect first experience there and we will be going again. Proper family business with a great feel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The baked cheesecake was soooo good too coming from a desert dodger. Great food, great staff. Love this place

Amazing food! Every dish was top notch and portions were a good size so we all left very happy with bellies full. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu
As always casa carlos went above and beyond. Literally our favourite place to eat no matter what the occasion. Louisa carlos Sophia and luca always make us feel welcome more than just patrons more like friends.Food: 5/5
A magical little place in downtown Wigan. The service is 5+ The food, if you've been to Spain and love it, you won't be disappointed here! Thanks! I can only recommend this place to eat there a lot!!!
Really enjoyed our date night last week. Attentive staff and quick service of really good food. Way more food than we could eat. The house wines Better than expected. Bumped into new neighbours too which was a pleasant surprise. All in all we will be back. Thanks again
